Regulatory inference based on feature embeddings

参数:

• features (pandas.core.indexes.base.Index) – Feature names

• feature_embeddings (typing.Union[numpy.ndarray, typing.List[numpy.ndarray]]) – List of feature embeddings from 1 or more models

• skeleton (Graph) – Skeleton graph

• alternative (str) – Alternative hypothesis, must be one of {“two.sided”, “less”, “greater”}

• random_state (typing.Union[RandomState, int, None]) – 随机状态
